Tinder Introduces Payment system

The most popular dating app Tinder is rebelling against the android market and has started a payment system. The application is ignoring the requirements of the store where it is listed for download and has started different approach to cut the fees.

The dating app has included a payment system in the android app which lets the users skip the main google play’s system and took them to the payments. This way, users would not get any option to switch back to the google play app.

Match Group spokeswoman Justine Sacco explained it as an experiment to Bloomberg. He said that the dating app company is “constantly” testing new features and that payment options which “benefit [the users’] experience” were an example of this. On this matter, Google’s opinion was also asked, but google has not yet responded to the request.

The experiment is introduced for the android developers only where it allows the direct payment system without using Google Play. This actually means that the app bypasses the Google play which was also done by Epic did with Fortnite.

Probably, Tinder is sure that the Google play would not pull off this popular app from its market and bear any loss, thats why introduced this system. The experiment of the Tinder depicts that it is trying to remain in the store but rebelling the requirements of Google.

Tinder Lite now Available for the countries with Limited data

Tinder has now launched the Tinder lite app for the people using limited data. The company has launched this lighweight version of the app for the Android platform. The app would have same swipe feature of matching, super likes and the premium feature which allows you to check who has liked you.

The app has currently restriction on upgrading it. This means that the users of Tinder Lite app cannot upgrade it to Tinder Plus or Gold. You would be able to use your existing account on this app. All you would need to do is to start this app with the regular way which you use to do in the regular app.

Tinder Lite app is currently available for pre register. In few weeks, it will make its debut in Vietnam. In starting, company is focused on rolling out the release in the South America and Southeast Asia. The app is specially for the countries where data is limited and slow. A dating App which is available for the Women has now revamped the profiles. The application has introduced new things in it.

The app has now made people able to tell more about them using the categories like gender, sexuality, pronouns, diet preferences, star signs, drinking, smoking and cannabis habits, among others.  Her also added a special space to add bio in the profile. This feature was available in other dating apps, but wasn’t yet available for Her app. Therefore, to make the profiles more compelling, the application has added text bio space in the profiles.

The CEO of the HER app, Robyn Exton said “People used to worry about writing a bio but now they really want more ways to express themselves, and they want to see other people’s writing skills when they’re browsing profiles.”

The company has also added a What does this mean feature. This field would help users to know others more as it would convey all categories, gender, pronoun and sexuality.

HER is a rebranded version of Daatch, and was launched four years back. It is a platform for women to meet each other and express themselves. The application is little more expensive than other apps. China bans Tantan dating app from app store

Tantan is a dating app which is widely used in China . Almost 90 million users reaches and 6 million active users of Chinese population. Tantan has covered a wide Chinese locals to it’s web. However Tantan ‘s mother company Momo exclaimed that Tantan is still available on iOS apple stores. The owner is also trying to bring back Tantan on the social media platforms by giving their best efforts to the authorities . Momo has found a solution to this by conducting a feedback survey for tantan and authorising to the legal laws.

Tantan has shown rapid growth and Momo which is the parent location-based dating app was expecting tantan’s expanding growth in some years as it immediately earned a lot of popularity and reaches due to its content and estimated a growth of 760 million dollars last year in February. While

JCrush a Russian dating app had released their private messages and data. This happened due to a database which went public hence unhiding the private data of the users.

This site has almost registered confidential data of 200,00 users, researched by Notam Rotemand Ran Locar, who provided their research to TechCrunch and their findings to vpnMentor.

The data that was recovered covered all the records including user’s name, gender, email address, IP Address and geolocation which further country and state information, date of birth, religious preferences, pictures that were used and transferred via multimedia within JCrush.

There was a vast leak of personal information which also included how the users accessed the JCrush site via Facebook or mail with their profiles. It also had the inclusion of access token from where users can directly login to JCrush without remembering the password.

This confidentiality broke off to the extent where users can be tracked easily as it unhid some data regarding the street they live in the neighborhoods. No data encryption history was recorded.

The database shared also had some vulgar and explicit content with adult pornographic visuals. The researchers couldn’t get the whole data due to privacy issues. The also find out the cookies regarding to incognito accounts where users pay to the browser for accessing the site.

Natasha Nova, founder of JCrush hasn’t commented on this scenario till now. Although, parent company NorthSight Capital had forecasting of this scenario.
